The ultimate in Blue Flag protection for workers in rail yards: If you can't couple to a rail car, you can't move the car.

Coupler Lock shaft fits standard sign post hole found on all railway couplers. The steel "cage" in the middle of the shaft fits inside the knuckle of the coupler, thus preventing a locomotive or other rail car from coupling to the stationary car.

Holder supports a 12" x 15" OSHA-mandated Blue Flag sign (order separately).

Padlock is included.
